Your favourite bass pre-amp???

B7K for me. Hands down. Because it is the flavor I go for right now in my band, its ideal.

I have played through and owned the BDDI, VT v2, Submarine (still use this and like it- John K build), Joyo Cali, Butler Blue Tube (yes, I consider this a preamp) and have played the Hartke Bass Attack. Im sure Im forgetting a couple. But the 7 is by far my fav of all those.

SansAmp. I have the RPM and a really strange vintage pre-PSA rackmount. By strange, I mean it has a preamp / front-end gain stage, 3 OD bands at 3 separate freq centers, drive, and treble & bass shelving. The ol' "leave everything centered" approach doesn't work...it can get pretty nasty. In all fairness and to the best of my knowledge, this is not a dedicated bass preamp but rather an all-pupose unit.

You know the joke about the "suck" knob, right? Well, in this case it's the "Punch" knob which controls mid-range OD level. I may just have to re-tube it to see if it improves the situation.

I'm on the fence between the DK B7K and the Sansamp VT DI right now... This is helping me teeter towards the 'Dark(glass)side'.... Anyone else want to give me a shove, one way or the other?

None from the OP's list, and none that really qualify for listing in an Effects forum

...but fwiw, it'd be a 3-way tie between a Demeter VTBP-201, an Aguilar DB680, and an Alembic F2B...with the Alembic SF-2 coming in as a not-too-close second.

Wish I'd had a chance to try the Pope preamp, that looked killer.
