I play in a hardcore metal band, so the look is tight jeans and band tees for the most part. Nothing different than I wore before getting into music.

mcblahflooper94 said:I wear purple Vs and purple argyle sweaters a size too big and play with an ESP LTD F-155DX. Soon I will cover my case with purple duct tape and paint the shell of my amp (not the grill. I'm sure that could get bad.) Being in a band that plays like Foo Fighter songs, I tend to jump around a little. My band rhythm/singer says I need to lower my strap a little, so I have to get used to slapping with a low strap so I can look cool. -_-

Would make for an interesting presence![]()

that guy's from the UK. over there, t-shirts are "tops". underwear is "pants", pants are "trousers", and then there's something they call a "jumper" that I'm not too sure of.
* the more you know *
And by the way can we please retire the slightly chunky, bald guy with a goatee look. Been done to DEATH.
By the way, I'm a slightly chunky, bald guy with a full beard![]()
We thinks the best outfit when playing on-stage is a smile. I've seen thousands of pictures where the musicians either look like they are at a funeral or don't even have eye contact with the audience...

That brings up another point - how does everyone here (and your bandmates) feel about wearing the same thing more than once? Especially if you play local gigs and have a following so you have many of the same people in the audience?Gets hards after a little while, I hate wearing the same outfit more than once...
