It all started with a TU-2. Then my wife gave me a Boss '59 Fender Bassman pedal. I started reading the Effects forum. Here is a my visual adventure into the dangers of the Effects Relm!!

The beginning and the end, a Boss BCB30 and a couple of pedals led me to the PT Mini. But this was not a two step journey.

With PT Mini came VT and a Loop-Master mini looper. The first design and a discovery that Boss is not the only pedal company.

Let's see.....Let's try adding some fuzz to the board. Hello El Grande!

Now let's start learning about distortion. An addition from Poland.

Santa comes to visit. I must have been good. Under the tree, a Compulator and Nano Small Stone! Fun, fun, fun....I get to expand into compression and phasing.

Geee....I wonder how another chorus pedal sounds. Welcome EBS Unichorus, damn you "Effects for Sale" forum!

What's next.....I don't know. Been thinking about another fuzz and just exploring and learning.

There were other boards before this one, but this was a milestone.

The dual board idea began to form.

my current setup (with MicroPOG, Artec Anaglog Delay and Guyatone TZ-2 in a loop of the LS-2 with clean blend so it sounds like a distorted or delayed guitar playing in unison with my basslines)

Yeah much better, the Small Stone was a cheap and decent sounding temp until I found a deal on a Maxon (or vintage Ibanez) PT9.

Pedal fiend maybe... I have 10 pedals on my board and one on it's way via UPS.

Um...I think you mentioned it once...however not quite shure why....there are a lot bigger and a lot cooler boards posted here....I consider mine basic....it does what i need it to...and every pedal gets used in the set...

Only reason I'm dumping the OC-3 in favor of the octron as it does octave up as well as down....and I just can't seem to deal with the Micro-POG i know it gets a lot of love here but i really just do NOT like the sound of it...

on a side note I'm not sure why i don't see more bass players rocking the Demon...I ABCD' it next to a ton of other wahs including some made just for bass...and based on features, sound, and price the Demon kicks all their butts....(It does indeed have bass specific setting)

I just picked one up today after my cousin broke my wahone last night (little ten year old dick). So far it is a great pedal, and for half the price of the wahone, once i get it set up how i want i think ill even like it more

There is a Boss volume off to the right that you can't see in the last one. Im thinking of getting a volume for after as well, so prolly at least one more evolution

This is the earliest picture I could find. Before this, when I first got the case, I had an Ampeg Scrambler, the TU2 and the bass balls, followed by the micropog, then the DL4 at about the same time I traded out the scrambler for the greedtone.

At the same time that I got the whammy and needed to expand my board, my guitarist built his own, and I bought the furman from him.

Got rid of the bassballs, added a volume boost, then I got an XO BMS and nothing fit, so I had to upgrade the board.

About a week after I got everything organized on the pedaltrain just the way I wanted it, it grew legs. I ended up getting the BMS and the DL4 back, but in the mean time, I went back to the furman and bought a HOG. I ended up selling the BMS at this point, probably my one pedal regret.

From there it was minor changes. The bassdrive didn't cut it, so I ordered another greedtone, and I added a carbon copy.

And now the current arrangement, replaced the carbon copy with a DD20 and added the serrano picoso

volume on the right is for cleaning up the grunge and "swelling" in the distortion, and the one on the left is for fades in and out, 2 volume levels, that kinda stuff. Man I love the min volume adjust on the boss vols

Same here, great for swells. My complaint is that they have a large footprint on a board. But I do think they are comfortable since I have large feet.
