Two 350s in stereo. Reasons? Sounds amazing, second 210 really fills out the tone. 1000 dollars for two tanks that I can gig with many nights a week and will take the beating. They are tanks. Versatility, size and toughness make them easy to hull, set up and break down no matter the vehical or stage. I constantly have back ups and have never not finished a show and intend to keep it that way. 700 watts into 410 and two horns. Can only take one if I want for smaller shows. Can set different effects to each combo making very layered and interesting sounds. Wheels and size easy on the back. And finally because I like them. Lol.

For the longest time it was my Peavey MkIV that I bought new in 1982. I still have it and won't part with it. Used it with many different cabs over the years ending up with a Peavey 410TX. But it has always sounded best tthrough 2x15 cabs and still does.

For the last couple of years I have been using my Ampeg BA115HP for rehearsal and small to medium gigs (even a few large ones too).

I have also been using my guitarists Ampeg B2 with either my GB 1x15, GB 2x15 or my Peavey 410TX when the situation calls for it.

But for now I'd have to say that the BA115HP has been my primary.

Acoustic Control Corporation for me.

My main workhorse rig is a 320 head and a 402 (2x15) cab.

I also have 408 (4x15) cab but the 402 is so much more practical.

My 371 is the best sounding rig I've heard but again, the practicality of the 402 wins out for gigs.

I just put this rig together.

I'll post pics when I can. At work now.

Peavey is my brand. I use two Peavey Firebass 700 heads and four Peavey 115 BVX cabinets sporting a 15" Black Widow each. I run one head at 2 Ohms clean for my fundamental sound, the second head runs at 4 Ohms and gets my Rat King. I'm still finalizing my pedal board, looking to add a Darkglass B7K and a Diamond compressor.

It is loud and smooth as butter. I absolutely love it. I can break it down into smaller rigs for smaller places but I prefer to use it all when I can get away with it.

There is nothing micro, or lite, or portable about it but I don't care. It is worth it.

Cheers!

Main rig for 4 piece classic/blues rock project is:
XDR95 Wireless
Behringer 1600 compressor
SansAmp Bass Driver Deluxe
Genz Benz Shuttle Max 12.0
Peavey 410TVX
Since I added the SansAmp I've hit the final "that's my sound button" I was looking for.

For small room Country/Classic Rock
Samson Wireless
Radial Bass Bone
Traynor XS10 combo

For a sub gig small room (low volume)
Line 6 X3 Live direct to PA

UK-built Ashdown ABM500 Evo II 210T combo. Re-tolexed by the good folks at Soldano.

For now... I'm saving for a mirrored set of Leland's fEARful 12/6 kits, still not sure what I'll drive them with.

The gk 1001 rb ii with the blx 410 so heavy for a cab.. Currently pairing with a hartke hydrive 410, great tone and volume but i gotta be careful the 1001 has a ton of power and pushes the cab hard at times (nothing a little pad or volume adjustment can't fix). Im awaiting a reply from a follow talkbass pal to trade the hydrive for an older neo 212 cab, then ill be in the money and get the full effect of that gk tone and biamp feature. I also rock a genz Benz shuttle 6.0 with a classic ampeg svt 115 for smaller venues and acoustic gigs.. The 6.0 sounds great at low volume,in my opinion... Dod envelope filter, Mxr bass octave deluxe and korg pitch black tuner for my hiphop band.. Http://www.Illfunk.com

My Main Rig Consists of:
Ampeg SVP Pro Preamp with Alembic SF2 in effects Loop into Crown XTI 4002 Power Amp in Bridge Mono

This head running into one of the three following cabs, depending on stage size and PA support:
Schroeder 1212L
Ampeg 410 Pro Neo
Ampeg SVT 810e

I'm kind of an Ampeg Guy, I have a Genz Benz Shuttle 210/6.0 for small type gigs.

You left out DIY/homemade as a poll selection, but I guess "other" is close enough. So yeah, I roll my own preamps and soon will finish up a complete DIY integrated bass head. I do own a "boutique" commercial cab though...Thunderchild 112AF.

I'm looking for a good source of cabinet plans, but am also curious about your electronics - are they from scratch, or kits or what?
