Another patch for a gritty rock sound.

Section 1: D-Comp: Sense 7, Tone 7, Level 100, Attack Fast
Section 2: Squeak: Gain 16, Tone 85, Level 110, Balance 32
Section 3: Bass Pre: Bass 6, Treble 7, Level 100, Mid 4, Freq 1.6 kHz

Here's a new patch idea I came up with. this patch has a lightly distorted, but a thunderous bass sound with chunky lows and tight compression.
Kaiju bass
Section 1: d comp: sense: 4, tone: 7, level: 100, attack: fast
Section 2: dist 1: gain: 10, tone: 25, level: 90, balance: 25
Section 3: super b: bass: 3, mid: 4, treble: 5, midfq: 300hz, gain: 30, level: 80, presence: 7, cab: ag1x15, mix: 50

I play a passive Fender Jazz, if I use a Pre like the section 3 of this patch or an Amp Sim then I go from B3 into the Pre of my Markbass Combo CMD 121P, what happens? Should I adjust some setting?

Are you playing a 4 or 5 string? If 4 I'd probably start with Opto Comp in the front, followed by one of the synths and then into the Detune set to octave below and no dry signal at all. When my band occasionally plays it I just use the low D on my 5 and kind of turn the bass up a bit.
Try this (YMMV, try blending the dry signal and changing the waveform in section 1):
Section 1: MonoSyn: Decay 0, Wave PWM, Reso 9, Synth 100, Dry 0, Level 100
Section 2: Mono Pitch: Shift -12, Tone 7, Balance 40, Fine 16, Level 100
Section 3: Exciter: Bass 7, Treble 4, Level 100
The patch above has a nice warble from the PWM synth, although the B3 doesn't track very well. Should be fine if you just play the D note.

If you have a low-output bass, it should add some boost to it. that's pretty much what this patch is for. so if your bass doesn't have enough power, this patch would come in handy. using a different amp model would pretty much give you a different sound. I forgot to mention that this patch is made for direct recordings for those who own a low-output bass and wanted to add more boost to it. not exactly made for use of amps, but if you want, you can try it out. adjust the settings if it's too much for your rig.
You can adjust the volume of each patch independently of the other patches. On the B3, press the "Total" button and adjust the leftmost level. In the "Edit&Share" software, adjust the "Patch Level". You should cycle through all the patches and adjust the level accordingly to obtain an even volume.

Have you try using the xotic bass bb model through an ampeg b-15 model or monotone amp model? this combination along with an m comp should give you a low gain tube sound. here are some settings I have in mind.
M comp: thresh: 18, ratio: 5, level: 100, attack: 8
Bass bb: gain: 5, bass: 4, treble: -3, blend: 50, level: 70
fliptop: bass: 3, mid: 4, treble: 2, midfq: 300hz, gain: 40, level: 80, char: low, cab: ag8x10, mix: 50
Give these setting a try and see if it works out for you. keep in mind you can adjust the settings to your liking. that's pretty much the point of this patch. sharing patch ideas, find which patch you like, and if desired, adjust some of the settings to your liking. anywho, give this setting a shot.
