That Hotone Control is surprisingly versatile, if you don’t mind a very minimal display. I like mine.

The Hotone Control is a product that is called “Hotone Control” which differs from the Hotone Ampero II Stage in other ways besides the display.5" touchscreen on the Ampero II Stage is far from mininal.
but this is a Zoom thread.
back to all things MS-60B+.

Last nite different band rehearsal (busy bassists!) Fliptop ultra low on turned our affordable floor monitors into low-B happy clear thump. There’s voodoo happening here.Really good rehearsal yesterday w new 60+ and 70+. P w pick and e-cello. 5 or so presets for 3 orig song sets. More to come.
For pop-rock, I settled on the Trace amp fronted by the zoom clean pre-, followed by avalon DI.
The MS70 has a broad selection of effects for all instruments, many more modulations, reverbs and delays. I use my old MS70CDR with my synth set up.I thought the new MS60b+ would replace the old MS 60b but they work great together.
I’m thinking of flashing the old one to become a CDR.
10 effect slots in two pedals is pretty efficient use of space.
Is there any confirmed adapters that work besides the $40 official apple one? I am in the same boat, as the USB C to Lightning cable I bought today doesn't work. It is supposed to transmit data, but the app doesn't recognize that the pedal is connected.I think they expect people to not have those older tablets anymore as most are not supported by Apple anymore. And every recent Ipad already comes with a USB-C connection and charging cable, which also transmits data.
If you happen to already have the old 'camera kit', which is Lighting to USB-A and transmits data, you can make do with any data-sending usb-A>C cable. Be it from Amazon or any other store.
Otherwise, you'll have to see what's cheaper: Either the camera kit with any USB-A >C cable that can send data or the Apple lightning to USB-C extension. As the camera kit is ancient tech by now it might be cheaper to take that route.
That said, while it's useful to have it attached to an ipad or iphone because of the faster interface, there's nothing you can't do without the app, except for having a patch pool to store presets you don't want or can't have on your device. But you can do that even in a windows text file and write down your settings.
I have 2 different ones from Amazon that work fine, be sure it is "MFI Certified".Is there any confirmed adapters that work besides the $40 official apple one? Good basic one:
I am able to connect a power bank to power my Zoom MS60B+ and iPad Air 2 and access the SD card for memory with the one below but it is no longer available but there may be similar ones:
