I would love to see you do a walk through of the B9 at some point. Maybe some drives and amp modelling? Just basic stuff. Most of the vids on YouTube are quite lacking.

So I updated my bedroom rig today. I got the G2Nu out which I tried to sell but to no avail and replaced it with a new Zoom B1xon. Hoping I didn't waste money buying these units and then Zoom brings out a new one. :|

I would not worry, Zoom pedals still sound great past their sell by date.
Allow me to throw in with my current rig. Zoom for all effects, amp and cab emulation. To date, this is the most flexible, best sounding compact modeler-based rig I've had, but I WOULD like to see ZOOM up the ante with some new algorithms for some of the existing bass amp/cab sims as they've done already for guitar amps in the new G5n/G3n series.

As regards Zoom pedals possibly getting obsolete, I have to say that I actually miss a few features of my B1X which served me well for a good 5 years. In fact, some features of relatively ancient Zoom pedals sound really cool to me even today, like the 707II which had a SmartMedia card slot (the format is now discontinued, though) to allow extra patches and samples to be stored.

Finally going to revamp my board, kicking off the very well used B2 and replacing it with the MS60B and MS100bt and a Ictineo (Designer Submarine clone from South Hampton Pedals). Just need to write some new patches to replace my old stand by sounds.
I was thinking of revamping mine a bit, not the pedals but the power supply. I recently got a mains outlet box with built-in USB ports for the house so I thought I would get another and power my Zoom units that way, hoping to save weight and reduce noise...
Only now does a less obvious disadvantage of not having a USB port on the BT become apparent...
New from Zoom B3n and the MS100BT is off the list wonder if there is a replacement on the way.

Hi Pietro. I couldn't notice any difference in the tone at all. I think they exclusively have the same processor. My only gripe with the B1xon is it clips when receiving very hot signal, I don't know, maybe I'm doing something wrong but I can only blame it on the B1xon. However, I already sold the B1xon and replaced it with a B3n. Please see below.
