    Try looking at Status basses, most of them are carbon and graphite and incredibly light. Also one Mr John Entwistle was an endorsee so you know they gotta be good ;)

    I'm planning on refinishing a 1980's precision special in yellow with all black hardware this summer. P.S. I think the green trim around the headstock on that last pic just looks awesome! :D

    I've Been playing for quite a while now and whilst metal is my favourite genre to listen to I have always tended to play more funk and jazzy sorta stuff because I've never been able to find my "sound". This post actually gave alot of insight into it and I have got a tone I really like :D
