One of the many things you could do is set one channel up clean and the other with od/dist. then add different eq and or compression to bothin equal amounts or one or the other in different amounts based on what you want to hear when you switch.

i'll second that. I have a german made passive vette stnd. i like the "feel" no frets but not huge on the "mmwwwaahh" for playing hard rock/metal but my wick has allways been great to play/listen/look!!
