I only pick up a print mag, for one reason - I'm thinking about buying something. So I like product comparisons. I'll do a lot more research, including coming here and asking questions. But mags get me started on the hunt with a list of brands/models to look at.

As a former church board member, I can understand making the worship leader a paid staff position, but unless the church is a megachurch looking to hire professional musicians, this situation seems very odd to me.

I guess I don't understand what getting Aviom has to do with it. Those rigs are large for stage monitors, unless your are in a megachurch. If that's the case, I recommend actually getting adjusted to the Aviom before dispensing with a floor monitor entirely.
