Im looking to buy a new p bass to string up with flats. I like both of these but to my ears the MIM had sounded the slightest bit better. But with the extra cash buying the CV i could buy better pickups and maybe pump some cash for a new bridge? What do you think is the best option?

I'm wondering if there any bad habits that can effect your bass playing. Is cracking your joints one of them ? I do it often on my hands ?any more I should know about?

I never double thumb close to the bridge I do it just before the fretboard I see some people do it at the end of the fretboard is that the right way . There is not enough space for me to do it on the fretboard
