If you look at the serial numbrs here: Serial Numbers – Sadowsky Guitars you can get the numbers up to 2017. It seems like production on that year was greatly reduced and I guess it remains as low at the moment (maybe around 10 basses per month?)

Very sorry to hear that. As other said, if you payed by credit card or paypal contact them ASAP but I guessed that he asked for a bank transfer to avoid fees, blah, blah, blah. You know I'm in Spain too so if you want to message me, feel free.
