come on man, you can't mix purpleheart and bubinga. i'd recommend borneo padauk, or maybe bolivian marblewood. even these woods are inferior to pure steer skull, however. i would suggest putting LED's directly into the eye-sockets, and programming them to flash during your solo. bass...

also, i think deerhoof is doing some really cool stuff now. a little on the avant-garde side of the tracks, but with tons of raw energy, cool sounds, new-sounding arrangements and expressive vocals.
