You must be right about that, as I don't recall Hohner making any touchboard-type instrument now that I think of it... As for the weight of those, it's around 7.5 lbs.

The average weight of the Grand Stick (the 12 string one) is at 7.5 lbs, so you have no problem. Now if you mean this one, then it's at 8 lbs. Oh, and welcome to the forum.

The 5 and 6 string necks with the standard profile are ok (to me at least). If you look at the image, the standard profile is somewhat "square" and "not right" on the 4 string neck, while on the 5 string neck it gets rounder and nicer. The flat profile is nice, round and thin on any version of...
