well, I dont know how it sounds, because Ive never tried it. but the mighty moe amp strap seems like a really cool idea. its for guitar though, so it might not handle lower frequencies from a bass. but it might be worth looking into. http://mightymoe.com/

what are the differences between a vocoder and a talk box?

hmm, do talk boxes with tubes work as well as these? they sure seem a bit easier to use. like the one form danelectro and the banshee.

Id like to hear a clip of any bassist attempt to use one. I imagine it would sound nothing like talking. Ive just recently thought of this combination (bass and talk box) and not any interest to buy this, as the result would probably be horrible, but just as an interesting conversation...

alright, I have a 100 watt ampeg combo amp. and I was considering buying a cabinet and 1000 watt power amp, to boost the watts. and Im confused on whether this will give 1100 watts or just 1000 to the cabinet? or do I have this whole theory wrong on how this works?
