recently got a Cort Artisan B5 can i get a number please? :D Link Removed Link Removed i really like it but i want to get the full potential of the Low B.. my B string right now kinda lacks definition and a bit boomy and has lots of rattle (i love low action basses) :hyper: any suggestions...

its the same as whats used in the B5 model, just a different color.. anyway, what gauge of B string do you guys use? i think mine is too muddy and has a lot of buzz (i really want a low action) :eyebrow:

hey guys! i had the guitar store get another stock, and i brought home a Cort B5 in Mahogany finish.. any suggestions for modifications? will post the pictures soon! =D

thanks for the reply guys.. ive tried the bass again on a different amp and got the tone i want... but theres another problem that came up, the B5 has low volume, ive had active basses before ang never did the volume knob(on the bass) reached more than 50% but on the B5 the volume knob is...

i tried out a cort B5 in a store (here in the Philippines) i loved the warmness of the tone, but the Highs i just too much for me? (althoug i can have it down with some heavy EQ-ing) any feedback on this problem guys? im still considering the bass as my first 5er though.. :bassist:

about the bass in the picture, i think its a Peavey C5 (Peavey Zephyr in europe).. i found the info on other bass sites/forums try to search both names.. :smug:

hmm.. i just got the bass for 3 mos, wood/neck warping is not a common issue where im from (Philippines).. the luthier is also suggesting the same thing, maybe thats what we will do sometime in the future.. am i the only one having problems w/ the ATK neck?

hi! anyone here have buzz problems? i brought my atk200 to a local luthier because it has a buzz on the 9th to 11th fret of both A & D strings.. the luthier had a hard time levelling the frets because the neck/fretboard is kinda odd, its flatter on the lower register of the neck and goes round...

hey guys! bumping this thread.. =D anyone here made customization on his/her atk200 or any other atks, can you share some ideas.. im thinking if i can put a single coil neck pup to copy the atk1200

IMHO, tort will look good for jazz, but for a P i'd go for BWB! =D
