I was lusting after this bass when they were first announced. Then it got kinda cloudy about whether they were going to be available in the states, and when the release date would be. NBD time rolled around, and I still couldn’t find one (and the price was all over the place. Was it $499 or...

Just picked up a Stiletto Stealth myself a few weeks back. I bought it as a backup, and was expecting it to be adequate. Turns out I love the tone of the thing, and have been playing it exclusively since it arrived.

Crazy awesome gig last night!! Took the whole rig (R500h and two 410’s). Was probably overkill but I like having that top cab close to my ears, and besides, it looks cool. The sound guy was awesome and such an easygoing person to work with, even though we threw a bunch of curveballs at him...

Me, too. But usually it’s a second 410 cab. Unfortunately we were told this was a low volume gig, and the gear had to be moved almost a quarter mile (on carts) to where we played, so it was a one cab evening. We played in the large tent on the far end of the concourse. Load out SUCKED.

Very possible. I didn’t give it much thought until after the gig. Should’ve thought to at least remove the back two casters so it would lean up.

Another Rumble in the Wild pic, this time at our local baseball stadium for a private party. I only took one 410 cab, and felt kinda unpowered for the evening. We played in an enclosed tent on a raised deck, and it seems like all of my low end vanished into the air, even with the Vintage engaged...

Going Rumble-less today for band practice. We’ve got a gig next weekend with this band, and we rehearse in the singer’s basement. Seems like a waste to drag it all down there today only to have to carry it all back up the stairs after practice. Times like these are the only times that I wish...

No Cab Link. Should’ve mentioned inbusingbthe R500 head, not the combo. But yeah, it got the neighborhood shaking. Doing it again this coming weekend, for another private party, then one more time at the local baseball stadium for another party!!

Finally got to use my Rumble 500 with both 410 cabs at a gig yesterday. Nice little end of summer party. Exhausting day, between running the smoker, setting up the stage and playing, but we rocked it and wow!!! I love the sound of those 8 10’s running outside. Total sonic bliss.

Cool show last night. Little dive bar outside Hershey, PA. Rumble 500h/ 410 for the evening. I’ve got a week off, then a series of private parties to end the summer. Can’t wait to boogie.

We play covers from the 90’s grunge rock period. Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice In Chains, that kinda stuff. Fun, mindless rock.

As do I, for the most part. But as a 90’s grunge rock tribute, there are a few songs we play that require some dirt. The mistakes in the video above are purely because it’s only about the third time we’ve played that song. The r500/410 was great. Not too loud for the room and I could hear...
