The most unique shielding material I've ever seen was in an old Danelectro: It had what's known in the construction industry as Copper/Kraft flashing...a layer of copper foil bonded between two layers of Kraft paper. I don't recall how/if the pieces were connected.

The only Sunn product I've ever owned was a Twin 12 guitar amp back in the early 70s. It was a hybrid: a tube in each preamp channel and transistors for the power stage. Extremely clean sounding. I think it was called a Solos.

When greenboy designed the 12/6, he spec'd the ferrite Alpha 6A. I don't recall any revisions to the crossover when Eminence later brought out the AlphaLite version.
