I've always favored 10's primarily because I slap a lot. However I noticed P-Nut uses 15's and 12's and I like the low rumbling sound he gets. Maybe this mix could help me achieve that.

That's a fair point b-string. The ShuttleMax 9.2 might be the best of both worlds. You get the ShuttleMax features, but unlike the 6 and 12 you can still get up to 500W on a single 8ohm load, if needed.

I'm about to buy a Shuttle 9.2. I didn't like that with the ShuttleMax you can only get 375W out of a single 8ohm load. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong about this.) If portability is part of the purpose of these Amps, then why have to also lug around multiple cabs to get power out of it?

I've seen pictures of retrofitted HyDrive 2x10 cabinets, probably made from a 4x10 or 5210c. Does anyone know of how I could get my hands on one? Or if not, what 2x10 cabinet would you recommend that's 450W or more, and comparable to a HyDrive?

Right idea I guess. But if I understand correctly, the max it can push an 8ohm load is 375W. If the HyDrive 115 had a 4/8ohm switch like the 112 does, this would be a great solution. But the 115 is limited to 8ohms.

Is there another micro head that you'd recommend instead, that would address my issue?

Yeah it sounds fine. I just figure the most I could push is about 550-600W, which that incremental difference might not be worth toting the extra cabinet. I was hoping there might be some trick using an attenuator or something.
