Is there a difference in Crybaby Original and Crybaby Bass? Are they huge differences? I'm really budgeted, and I want a wah, but I don't know if Crybaby Original would be good for bass, since they make a bass version... but it's more expensive! Help.

I have a Squier Deluxe Precision Bass I got today, and when the tone knob is up at all, and the Jazz Pickup is up, there is a buzz coming from my amp - I don't know what it is or why! When I turn the tone knob all the way down - it doesn't happen. Anyone know why?
