hmmmm, good stuff Im just simple I uses...peavey cabs a 210txf an a 410txf with a dbx 163 compressor with a MBlll head...sometimes Ill use the MBlll with my hartke cabs 410x2 4.5s 7000 head

wow...Mike thats easy just save up more money...lol naw, but for about 300, if you can find a use peavey t-max head and a 4ten peavey cab txf for about 300, a ibanez srx355 for about 500...you got some change left over...lol now its time to gig

look I dont hate da Ken Smith bass...its just not my top bass for gospel,I love its smoothness on some hand but when its time to get aggressive on da thump it dont have what it takes for me Im an aggressive thumper not a slapper...lol...well anyway this is a good thread its not to slamm anybody...

well I tell you what...I`ll put my cirrus 6str up againts any 6 out there tone wise :D...but...I have to use my own rig :)

see if you notice where da pickups are located on a bass and you know wood tones you can generally get an idea on how that bass will sound...look at da fender jazz style basses note da location of da pickups, (soap bars or single coils) then look at da ken smith check out da location,more in...
