    How to get Krist Novoselic's Bass tone in Nirvana's Album from 1989 "Bleach"?

    So I have two electric basses, one Ibanez Precision (split coil pickups only) and a classic vibe jazz bass copy. I have a 15 watt guitar amp with only Volume, Treble, Middle and Bass, it also has a built in over drive. I use D'addario and other cheap strings.
