2013-2014 NHL playoffs thread.

LA vs ANA will be a good series & not a lot of travelling time for them. First time these two against ea other in the playoffs.
We have to find a way to stop Getzlaf & Perry make em down to earth. Anaheim well-rested & cooled off; Kings are hot lava. We shall see Saturday.

And all the west coast teams get to eliminate each other. And since I have no interest in any the teams from the west coast I don't feel compelled to stay up all night watching hockey. Wins for all!

Rumors coming out of Philadelphia that Paul Holmgren will step down as GM to return to his first love of scouting and that Ron Hextall will take over the reins. Flyers don't want to lose Hextall again and he is number one for a lot of openings around the league.

Crosby STILL pointless. Malkin gets hat trick against CBJ and an assist in Game 1 against the Rangers. And people said Malkin was nothing without Crosby.

I do not like Minnesota; they took out Colorado. I hope Hawks crush them in 4. Bryz has a ton of weaknesses and with Chicago's offense, they'll expose them and exploit'em.

Can't wait for LA-ANA!!!!

Yeah, I mean Bryzgalov didn't even make it two games against the Avs before being flat out replaced by Kuemper. Doesn't bode well for Minnesota. Hockey karma for Cooke taking out Barrie. :p

If the Wild didn't have a goalie issue I think we'd get a lot more respect and go a lot further in these playoffs. The goalie thing is unfortunate. The MS, the injuries, it's too bad.

Maybe next year.
