Have you gone back to two Fender 115s, Rod? Did you find another of the earlier lighter weight cabs? Wish they would send some across the ditch.
I did. Found an early serial no. 115. I like em so much....I'm gonna offload my NV412

Just to let you know, I created an entry, Ampeg Clubs, in the list of TalkBass Wiki's. Click on wiki at the top of the page, select List of all wiki pages. It is at the top under A.
Although this wasn't started as an official V4BR club, it seems to have grown into one. I thought that I should list it.
Very cool David. If you are looking to add more, there is also an SVT-II appreciation thread and The Love of Scroll Basses thread - there may be more that I cannot think of right now.
You are hugely appreciated!
Thanks Rich. I added the SV II and Scroll Bass threads. If you can think of any others, please let me know.
All are way cool but I especially like the 210AV Heritage adornments!
Love the "Heritage Micro-VR" stack!![]()

Gettin close to baggin the idea of the PF50T and trying out the new V4B. Ive got an old one, but the master volume and the 20lb weight savings sounds appealing!! A friend in town is going to loan his new one to me. Ive already got the SVT212, looking forward to seeing whats what!
That is a great pic. PBass --> V4b --> 212AV is about as good as it gets in my book! This past Saturday in Oakland. Went direct to the board. That mic is there because our guitar player records everything. Amp sounds fantastic. I was having a problem with the amp "farting" but that went away by simply lowering the pickup on the bass. I picked up my first 810 to go with my V4B. I was looking to add a second 212AV when I found this cab for a great price. The seller thought it had a blown speaker because one of them was buzzing. I took the speaker out and found a wire against the cone. It sounds as great as everyone says they do!
