Just checked. Me too!Just received an email stating the pedal has been sent
I was lucky to buy it at regular price, and even at that price having it flake off is unacceptableHope you didn't pay surge pricing for it!
I don't like overpaying but if it's as good as the world claims it is, then I'm a little more okay with it. At this point I've tried about 8 octave pedals. An extra $50 isn't a deal killer for me if it finally resolves all my issues with the other octave pedals I've tried.Between the late despatch, the 'surge' pricing and now the label peeling showing up again i'm thinking i might cancel...
That's disappointing. I'm wondering if spraying a matte protectant might be needed. I'd definitely shoot him an email on it. That edition came out in December last year right? Definitely no where near how long it should last. I did have this problem with just about all the Jackson Audio Pedals I've ever had. Always traveled in a hard case and I barely ever moved them once down with dual lock.Is anyone else having problems with their octaves flaking off. The funniest part is this one has never left my house View attachment 7504382
I do have an older one which i love to be fair... I've tried and missed out each time so the surge did feel like a punishment for missing out. Was very on the fence due to the various shenanigans that occur with Spencer and seeing the flaking show up again tipped me over the edge. Have sent a cancellation email that might well be ignored!I don't like overpaying but if it's as good as the world claims it is, then I'm a little more okay with it. Sure, lets find someone else that would pay more or the same amount of money as a new unitThat must have been one of the “Shambles” versions. They’re worth some money!

It’s always a Milo, isn’t it. lol.Milo

And named Dave. That little fkkr pulled a tablecloth from a dining room table to get at and consume a whole tray of brownies. He was old then, like 13, and the thought was he couldn’t jump onto the table.
He waited until everyone was outside. Wasn’t five minutes until someone came back in the kitchen for a glass of wine, it was an outdoor pool party.
By then, it was too late. He ate something like two pounds of brownies in under five minutes. They put him in the garage overnight, and the next morning he decorated the entire living room.
Pretty sure Milo would have been a bass player if he were human.
