To be honest, I am looking at Spencer's various forums all the time waiting on the real reveal, cannot wait!!!
So I'm holding out hope for a big Monday reveal, but then again I thought a Friday reveal made a lot of sense to get things ready to ship over the weekend.
It seems, to me at least, that Spencer's pedal is more along the lines of traditional octave pedals (the Mutron Octave Divider, in particular), whereas the SubT is a synth pedal which has the ability to do a clean octave. So the overall aim of the pedals is different. Ultimately, both will do clean octave down, and you can compare their tracking, as noted above, and tone. The only person that can really do that at this point would be Spencer, if he had a SubT. But they're different enough that I wouldn't see any problem with, for example, having both pedals on a board.

I see what you did there. 
I have an Enabler, now I want to get a Subt, I'm just waiting on the announcement of the rusty box. The worst feeling in the world is having money burning a hole in your pocket. Especially with a kid on the way, it's only a matter of time before the wife decides that money can be used elsewhere.

Quick Enabler question for those with one...
Are the EQ points good for getting a great slap tone?
A picture of slap settings would be great.
I currently use a BMC to cut the mids a little to get the slap tone I like.

The enabler has two EQ cut/boost settings you can play with via the toggle switch. I don't usually adjust my EQ for a song, I just adjust pickup volume and tone. That may not help you much with your question, but it's a very versatile little box

I leave my EQ flat which works well for slap and pretty much anything I throw at it. I could take a picture but you know...

Nope. Rustyleaf Copperbox is half that size. This is the two-switch Octaver that he posted the video of on Instagram a couple weeks ago.
And about that... I'm in. But how am I gonna fit all this crap on my pedalboard? lol

Well, those are pretty much the exact controls (minus a switch that i never use personally) as the divided octave. I built the byoc clone and like it alot, so if this is Spencer's take on it I'm guessing it will sound great!
Congrats...I didn't really expect much more than a fuzz type effect when I ordered mine...

I've never had a fuzz pedal that agreed with me, so this will be an interesting exploration. From all the talk on this thread, the synthy end of the pool is probably where I'll play most, but am looking forward to exploring what else it can do, and see if it will work for me.
At the very least, it'll be an interesting replacement for the Dark Driving that I never used. Lol

If you're familiar with the controls can you tell me what the 'sub vol' and associated switch do ? Without those two, the rest of the controls are easy to figure.
Maybe "sub vol" controls a -2 octave sound, and the switch turns that -2 on/off? (Just a theory)

Hmm, hadn't thought about -2. My guess would have been the switch replaces the mixed dry / -1 signal, with the pure -1 . But there are loads of possibilities. Guess we better wait and see.
