What if you have 2 410s AND 2 115s?

Diagonals? Same stacks? What about all those Ohms?

With that many 10" speakers, you will want to put duct tape X's over all the 10" speakers (on the grille). That will help to prevent beaming and the crowd near the stage will thank you. I would suggest stacking the 410s and the 15s. Separate the two stacks by the recommended (10 + 15) / 2 inches instead of the usual stack up against each other. (If you have room on the stage.)

No. Only in context of 4 speskers vs 1 speaker.

e.g., 1000w amp
4 speakers get 500w=125w per spkr.
1 speaker gets 500w=500 per speaker

When the 1 speaker begins to fart out, you're done.

I have got no idea if the OP powers his cabs with a 1000watt amplifier or just a 100 watt amplifier.

Car analogies,
I might also predict the mileage of gallons per 100 miles for an V8 engine while I'm driving a smallisch Vauxhall or VW vehicle. Any predictions make no sense nothing at all without knowing anything.

Turn your head to vertical right (or left) to make your ears vertical stack aligned.
It might look funny to the audience to "wear" the ears vertically stacked on stage but, it's worth trying

Put the 115 on top and 410 on the bottom. That way the 410 will get more of the lows that need more power to reproduce. It might look a little strange since we're used to seeing the other way around, but some dark fabric under the grilles will hide which cab is on top and vice versa. Problem solved! Can't wait to try it out tonight!

Yes. High frequencies are lighter, thus they tend to go up.

I never got the point of this 115 + 410 combo-ing. Like, why not use 215 or 810? An average 115 almost has the same footprint of a 410 anyways.

The only thing left to decide should be whether you want your dispersity to be focused (810) or wide (215). Personally, I have found in most cases that 810s feel more responsive but a 215 sounds wider and a bit more lazy but it is just my personal experience while testing certain equipment out. We all know this is not always the case although I would be willing to bet that in average the upper statement mostly holds true.

Mixing different size drivers just does all kinds of weird stuff and unless engineered to be paired so, you will just phase yourself to oblivion most likely.

Because people hold on to myths and they want the best of both worlds. If you believe the myth that 115s have more lows than 410s and 410s are punchier than 115s then logic would hold that having one of each would be great. The problem is that neither of those things is true and mixing drivers have inherent problems that matched drivers don't have. Its a case of bad information leading to spurious conclusions. Much the same as someone buying a heavier bass out of two that they like because they think the heavier one will sound better because it's heavier. It wont. It's just heavier.

Before switching cab positions I would try putting a few more capacipotaties into the amp to see if I could get more omni-positional ojamaphlips out of the speakers. That's a cheaper solution.
