My wife recently put a soaked rag with water and lotion in the fridge for me to wipe down the crotchal region before bed.
I used to have the chaffing when using the stepper at the gym and yes, I found putting some lotion on was better than the powder. But for just sopping up everyday sweat powder is pretty good. Tasty has the method down - cupped hand, shake-n-bake the chicken.Powder never worked for me. I'd start sweating and it would just clump up into little powder balls. Then I'd start chaffing down there and that's when it starts to suck. I got turned on to this stuff called Sween Cream that covers the area and lubricates your legs so that you don't end up raw down there. I use it everyday after I get out of the shower. Stuff is magical!

You wear pantyhose? As strange as it might sound, for chaffing issues while hiking, exercising, running, what have you; get pantyhose. Cut them off like boxers. No more chaffing.
You wear pantyhose?
I can believe it....smoothest, tight-fitting running shorts are much better than loose ones. The computer-controlled stepper set to 11 on the rough-terrain pattern always seems to bring out the worst in that regard. You shouldn't have to suffer nad-rash in your final moments. As strange as it might sound, for chaffing issues while hiking, exercising, running, what have you; get pantyhose. Why can't you just wear the standard bike shorts for this? Why must it be pantyhose? The whole point is to avoid the skin rub on rub, and the smooth satinyness of those would do the job better than pantyhose IMO.I can believe it....smoothest, tight-fitting running shorts are much better than loose ones.
