I used to listen to Soma FM a few years ago, had the stations saved on Windows Media Player. Then Windows forced me to accept an "upgrade" and, well, you know how that goes.

i watched it. seeing the main developer talk about it and a few things with it he was doing was cool. i thought the "product guy" (not walker farrell) was damn near worthless from the standpoint of getting any sound out of it.
so i found it a bit underwhelming.
that being said, they released walker and some other mn folks doing sounds with it. i think it sounds pretty amazing. (ymmv)

To me it sounds great, and it makes the QPAS -- which I didn't get along with for my own purposes -- also sound great. I kind of suspect if I'd kept the QPAS I'd be more at home with the parts of it I liked and just ignore the parts I don't. But I also have no regrets, because I tried several other filters as a result and landed on Blades, which I wholeheartedly love.
XPO isn't the module of my dreams though. I still feel like the Make Noise wavefolder isn't my favorite (and some of the sounds in the video confirm that), but aside from that, I find it weird that Make Noise still has no waveshaper you can plug an audio signal into -- they're all hardwired to their oscillators. Which is weird, because hitting a waveshaper with a dynamic signal is really cool and you just can't do that with their stuff. XPO could have purely been a stereo waveshaper, or it could have had an input jack that's normalled to the triangle oscillator core but other stuff can be patched in.
My rack is already heavy on the oscillators (*), and for me to get an XPO I'd have to give up one of the others, and I can't think of one I'd part with to make room for it. So there's that.
But it got me experimenting some more with stereo PWM, using Joranalogue Compare 2. Like Tony said, just stereo PWM in general isn't all that thrilling, but if you put it into a stereo filter it kind of takes on a bit of life. I'm not sure it's something I'd want a dedicated module for, but it is making me reconsider selling Compare 2. At least until the next cool thing comes along that requires some rack space I don't have.
(*) especially now that I just got Virt Iter Legio. It's pretty badass. My excuse is that it's small, and they will offer new firmware for it in the future, and it seems promising given how much I love some of the Versio firmware and how quickly they've been releasing new things.
I haven't used any of those three personally. I've tried Ts-L in VCV Rack and I think it's OK but not awesome for my tastes, but the accuracy of VCV versions of modules seems to vary a bit so I don't know how fair that is. I feel like the layout is pretty dense and I'm not sure I'd like that in practice.
Lorelei's X-Mod seems cool, and I like the main sine/"triangle" out. There don't seem to be a lot of demos of it, or the other Expert Sleepers analog stuff, which is a shame because they seem cool and clever.
The waveshaping on STO sounds really nice to me. Generous spacing and probably feels great to use. The S-gate seems kind of weird though.

For context I'm planning on another oscillator at some point in the not so distant future as another voice to use with the Harmonaig. I'm already concerned about space (apparently 176 hp fills up real fast) which is why I'm looking at those smaller oscillators. I'd love to hear other ideas though, if you guys have any.
The voices I'm working with now are the NSI Harmonic Shift Oscillator, 4ms Ensemble (which is a weird combo with the Harmonaig, I know), and to a certain extent the Synthesis Technology E355 or Bubblesound uLFO (though I have those primarily for their LFO capabilities).

For a nice small OSC, check the Acidrain Chainsaw.
That thing looks awesome...and only 4 hp. Crazy.
