How many different Jags are there now? At least 2 Fender, a couple dozen Squiers (kidding, but a bunch), plus the Ursas...these things are turning into their own species.

I was curious about the pg as it looks like better/more authentic tort than I usually see on new Fenders -

I realized that I never put photos of my project on this thread since I completed it.

I really wanted one of the new Americas Jaguars, but I prefer maple necks. My favorite neck is on my American Select Precision.

So...

I ordered an American Jaguar body and an American Select Precision neck off of "The Stratosphere". Lastly, I had Pickguardian make a BWB guard for it. I put it together with Fender flats and here it is. (My apologies for the iPhone photos, I don't currently have a camera.)

And finally with it's sunburst/maple/black guard siblings...

I did the opposite! MIA Jag neck with a p bass body and passive pj setup.

That's funny. They might have come from the same bass as there are not a ton of them out there yet and even less that have been dismantled.
