Yes, a nice amp. That's the small one, delivering only 40 Watts.
Like the "chassis in pieces" in my series - a Bassking 1. In direct comparison, the older all tube versions of these amps sound a lot better than the hybrid ones (i have the comparison because i still use an Eminent 2T ( the 80 W version of Your Eminent) as a PA. If You can get hands on a Dynacord Imperator, get that - same technology but designed as a bass amp and 80 Watts. Same weight and compactness.

That was my understanding, not that I have cared for the past 2 years (no GAS to speak of.) Non-supporters are forbidden to respond to wanted ads (in fact I think you can only see your own "wanted" ad, but it has been over 2 years), but can place them, and are forbidden to place for sale ads, but can view and respond to them.

Edit: right, it can't be in a sig, and that was there then too. But of course it was gone from there before I saw it, and BMP's post didn't specify that.

My latest DIY indulgence in progress, just another bass preamp building day at "the office.":

Not so much of amp gut shot pictures, as re-purposing an old destroyed amp.

What would have been a really nice old PA amp to restore, turned out to be a shipping nightmare:

Stripped the chassis:

Installed new transformers:

Made a custom build, utilizing the existing octal sockets:

And finally, putting it back in the old head cabinet, after it had a good cleaning:

Though this project began and was completed over the Thanksgiving/Christmas Holidays in 2011, a few mods have been made over time. I wish that I had another like it, as I have a whole new concept amp to try out. But, love the look of these vintage cabinets and chassis' to put such in.

I've attached the final drawing of this amp, though not all the mods in the drawing have been implemented in the actual amp. Note that on Channel 1, I've installed a 'Triode/Pentode Morphing' circuit. The pentode alone is just way too much gain for a clean channel. Anything above 3 o'clock on the volume is overdriving hard. However, using the morphing pot, a nice clean to any level of breakup can be had on that channel.

Channel 2 has Normal and Bright inputs, that remain fairly clean below 2 o'clock on their volumes. Then, a little breakup afterwards.

Anyway, I don't do these projects often. Mostly repair/restore my old amps. But, I'm always looking.
