amp rig changes what you made 2009

I sold off my Navigator, QSC PLX1804 Eden 115, Eden 410XLT and my Shuttle 6.0 and replaced them with a whole lotta Mesa gear and an LMIII for good measure!!!

Bought some new gear in 09,got tired of lugging those pv tvx cabs around everywhere,went modular,its fun having all of the different options and configurations.Had some good paying gigs last year and i plan on doing this for a while,so... Actually had the g.k. mb150e but the ext cab is pretty recent addition

Got a Peavey VB-2 and retired an SWR 4004 I was using (I kept it as a backup). The VB-2 is just a great amp and I'm glad I chose it!

I'm slowly making my way towards a rack system. Bought a used Ashdown RPM-1 Preamp and I'll eventually buy a rack case and a power amp, probably a Crown. Throw some other gadgets in for good measure and I'll be good to go!

I have GOT to get rid of my 100lb+ combo amp.

Offed an NV610...
Replaced it with a Boogie RR 2x15.
Offed the Boogie...
Replaced with an Aguilar DB210.

Mostly just use a VT into board most of the time though.

I got rid of my Eden WT-550 and got a SA200. Also added a Berg NV610. Such awesome tone but so damn heavy...

Now i gotta find a smaller head so the roadies back can recover. Maybe a fender TB or a Mesa Mx. And NO I won't get rid of the SA200. That can be for other gigs and recording.

I started 2009 with this setup:
Jag bass through LMII, through ashdown MAG 115 cab.

In february 2009, I bought a markbass traveler 121 cab.
Bought my first P bass in June (squier CV 50')
bought VT bass pedal in June too.

Changed cab in July: sold the markbass traveler and bought an ampeg 410he.

In december, I bought a sandberg PM4.

i've overall happy with the changes done
