Poof I also have No Bass below 80.

Very Funny.

I play five and six string bass going to Low B of 30.

Try again.
A reply like that tells me you have absolutely no clue about this stuff, don’t really know what you’re talking about, and don’t really want to learn either.

Andy is correct, that head is probably the worst match for that cab. I’d use a SS PA style power amp with a damping factor in the many hundreds:1.

BTW- The FOH (or PA) is typically high-passed between 60~80Hz and will handle your bass just fine.

I see EXACTLY what I saw before, the LF drivers have NOTHING to do with the crossover. The ONLY thing onbthst board is related to the tweeter. The rest is the connection wiring to the LF drivers... a glorified terminal strip.

What exactly were you hoping to recive from your post asking your questions?

Were you looking for answers from folks who know what they are talking about, or were you looking for strokes for how smart you think you are?

Perhaps we ALL misunderstood your motivation for posting something as a qurstion that wasn't?

Maybe you misunderstood me.

I am trying to get rid of the F Bomb which seems to be in common with both the 210s and the 215s, and this common point is the Crossover Circuit Board.

How about that?

There is something on the Crossover Circuit Board causing the Build Up and Intensification of the F frequencies thereby causing the F Bomb.

I am trying to get rid if the F Bomb.

The Crossover Circuit Board seems to be the Source of the F Bomb.

This is the common point is the Crossover Board and this means something ON the Crossover Board is Building UP F Frequencies causing the F Bomb.

Get It?

Now what is that something?

.

If you don't know how capacitors and inductors effect frequency response in a circuit, you're going to have a hard slog figuring out how a crossover works. In this case, you have a simple, 2-pole high-pass filter, with a 5000 Hz crossover frequency. If you imagine that there is something on this board that's causing your problem, you're never going to get anywhere with your problem...try to let go of this theory.

Don't worry about the light bulb limiter...it's fine. Lot's of speaker systems, modern ones included, employ that technique. It's used because it works and doesn't really cost too much. Beyond this level, designers use active limiter circuits in bi-amping situations, where the limiter is just ahead of the power amp section. But you're right, it won't play any role if you're not using the HF portion of the system.

Moreover, I didn't get on here because I knew what I was talking about. I got on here to ask you all how I can get rid of the F Bomb short of getting rid of the Isovent speaker cab.

And what does an SS PA Amplifier look like.

Now since you know so much then WHAT on this Crossover Board is causing the F Bomb?

And with a bit of Extreme Humor I say - NOW Answer The F-ing Question!!!

All of your questions have been answered many times, go back and reread this thread.

The crossover is for the tweeter's protection ONLY.
And the rest of the board is used as a place to mount the 1/4 inch input jacks on.
THAT IS ALL.
NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR BOOM.

So far this is what I find for SS PA Amplifiers.

These look like something that will power a Radar System.

Is this what the Modern FOH are using these days?

If you are posting that pic, it again tells me you haven’t a clue. What exactly does one do with that in a FOH system or rack style rig? I don’t even know what that is.

...And what does an SS PA Amplifier look like...

A solid state Public Address amplifier or power amp looks like a black metal box, two Rack Units high, one Rack Width wide, about 18" deep, like this:

image.png

"Dimensions shall be 19" (483mm) wide, 3.5" (89mm) high and 18" (457mm) deep. The amplifier shall weigh 47 lbs. (21.33 kg.) net, and shall be designated the CrestAudio model CA9."

The "crossover" is not causing it.

Okay then where is the F-ing BOOM is coming from?

Why is the BOOM in both the 210s and 215s even when the 215s are NOT in the cabinet?

I even tried changing the separation and mass of the subs to No Avail.

The F Bomb is still Going BOOM!!!

.

I like the concept. Two 10s for mid bass with strong and fast bottom end.

Lets see what the square peg in the round hole does.

Or have you ever heard of being Determined against All Odds?

And No I am NOT selling the Isovent, and No I am NOT selling it to you, but one way or another I am going to get the Isovent Dialed In the way I want it. I have Dialed In many pieces of gear and I think I can successfully get this Isovent Dailed In the way I want it. It is just a matter of figuriing out and separating what Needs to be done from what Doesn't Need to be done, and then getting it Done.

Mr Round Peg in a Square Hole.
