Ampeg Isovent - Jack Plate Circuit Board.

Nah, they moved onto the most metal amp ever. The roland JC120.

I still can't believe the number of posts back in the day "I just got a jc120 but the distortion is rubbish. what's wrong with it?"
I knew that.
I was just waiting for the OP to acknowledge that fact. If it's such a killer cabinet design, they'd still be using them :)
The JC120 is a great platform for pedals, IMHO :)

It sounds great by itself. The clean sounds metallica got from it are awesome.
The number of people who heard metallica used it and then went and got one for distorted sounds still amazes me though.

With all due respect, I am going to take the Jack Plate and Schematic Diagram to a friend, and while I am at work doing my job, have him ReWire the Jack Plate minus the Crossover Circuit Board, and see what this does.

What you all have said is the Crossover is NOT part of the equation, when the 210s and 215s are connected to the Crossover Board, but at least this way we can fully Exclude the Crossover Circuit Board.

If this Does NOT Solve the problem, then I will see what I learn, and reconsider the problem.

What you will no doubt learn is, it wasn't the crossover.
 
What do Inductors and Caps do?

A little (VERY) basic electronic education would go a long way towards understanding why these parts have nothing to do with your problem.

It protects the tweeter only. The BFM cabs I’ve built used fuse style lamps as tweeter protection. First time I’ve seen a bulb style used

Both styles were used in the earlier days.

I am NOT an EE guy but I do know a little something.

Something tells me that between Choking and Blocking is a Build Up of F Frequencies causing the F Bomb to Overload.

The "something that tells you" is wrong, confused or crazy.

For example what would be a better way of protecting against the Slamming Overloading - besides using a light bulb?

The light bulb, just like the capacitor, choke and resistors, affect the tweeter only. It has nothing to do with your problem, but if you would bother to learn a little more, you would be able to see how rediculous your comments have been

Okay since I took the stupid tweeter out of the diagram then I no longer need the light bulb.

Now we are starting to get somewhere with the problem.

No, we are continuing to go backwards, you are now officially unlearning something you already knew nothing about. Without a tweeter, the lamp and everything else on the board is already disconnected from the circuit.

I am trying to get rid of the F Bomb which seems to be in common with both the 210s and the 215s, and this common point is the Crossover Circuit Board.

How about that?

There is something on the Crossover Circuit Board causing the Build Up and Intensification of the F frequencies thereby causing the F Bomb.

The Crossover Circuit Board seems to be the Source of the F Bomb.

This is the common point is the Crossover Board and this means something ON the Crossover Board is Building UP F Frequencies causing the F Bomb.

Get It?

Your logic is beyond obtusely incorrect, there is absolutely nothing on the crossover board that could possibly cause your problem.

Moreover, I didn't get on here because I knew what I was talking about. I got on here to ask you all how I can get rid of the F Bomb short of getting rid of the Isovent speaker cab.

And what does an SS PA Amplifier look like.

Now since you know so much then WHAT on this Crossover Board is causing the F Bomb?

I will cross that bridge when I get to it.

Cross that bridge, please cross it at your earliest convenience. Keep on going too, I hear there are answers to everything (including the meaning of life) on the other side of the bridge.
