Like a lot of people do past a certain age. Not always, but it does happen.
yeah, kind of pitchy in places, too, but i thought it was cool! she gets a pass from me (i'm not gonna be cold-blooded), so i voted, "you go girl!" 
Hmm. It wasn't even cold enough for the bass player to have to stand next to his SVT for warmth. That's how I got through a lot of cold outdoor gig evenings. Those smoldering 6550s were my best friends on those nights.
Yep she gets a pass from me too. I saw them at AZ Bike Week and her voice was fantastic. That was maybe 15 years ago.

I saw Ann Wilson a couple of months ago in Austin. Her backing band, called Tripsitter, are the same guys appearing in this video as "Heart." She was great. Did some Heart songs, some of her solo material, and some covers. She seemed a little unsteady on her feet, and couldn't hit the high notes, but she still had that great tone and power. My 36 year old son took me to the concert, which was special because the last time he and I saw Ann Wilson was about 24 years ago at the Teatro ZinZanni dinner theatre in Seattle when Ann stood at our table and sang "Need A Little Sugar In My Bowl." That was incredible.
Cold air isn’t kind to vocal cords regardless of age or vocal ability. Also makes your throat close up a bit. Neither is helpful if you’re a singer.

They're actually from Seattle, but one of the male members fled to Canada to dodge the draft,
and then the rest followed, one by one, and eventually set up shop in Vancouver
I'm just glad they are together again! They harmonies also seem real, I didn't hear pro-tools smoothing any thing out. Refreshing these days! I'll take the imperfections of real harmony any time.

I wasn’t talking specifically about her. Just saying that cold air can have a negative impact on any vocalist’s performance. One more reason why I strongly dislike doing outdoor gigs.
