Any Clutch fans here ?

YES!! Clutch is coming to my neck of the woods again!! Co-headlining with Hell Yeah on 4-20 at Ground Zero in Traverse City..I can't wait,I feel like a kid countin' down to Christmas!

..and currently playing.."Katie did nothing but shiver and cry,as did the Dragon fly!"

I ended up with tix for St Andrews on 5/12, it was a toss up between that and the Machine Shop in Flint the next day, its their last stop and probably for a reason, they are big fans of playing there. Quite obvious when they have a awesome live CD taped there some time ago.

Indeed. That 'Live In Flint' show has been regularly namechecked here for its awesomeness.

Haha gotcha :)

I'll tell ya what...just when I think I've got a favourite lyric, he pops up with another one.
Damn, his lyrics never sound dated and continue to inspire.

"Diplomatically, emphatically deny it / any prior knowlegde of shape or kind / You don`t know nothin` about a Russian hooker / Some bloke broke in, and straight up took her " Pure awesomeness :p

Sorry, I was referring to many of us getting to see them live between now and June, then reporting back in this forum.

I suspected as much. Not so lucky over here in England. I saw them back in Jan support Thin Lizzy, and they were their usual awesome selves, but limited to a 40 minute slot you're never gonna get the best out of them. Oh well.

Both good venues! I'm going to try to make it to the Machine Shop too..I love the 'Big Band in a Small Bar' type atmosphere, and there's a few other fine establishments I don't mind stopping at on that strip :D

As I pulled into the parking lot of the hockey rink this morning, Brazenhead decided to rear its ugly head on the shuffle.

Talk about a great turn-it-up-loud-and-get-ready-to-play song.
The lyrics of that song are so insane, that it's almost perfect.

Another favo(u)rite of mine, Slow Hole, has a couple of lines that make me smile every time I hear it (it's also another great song for some bass playing fun):

"A lighthouse in Kentucky, Oh I should be so lucky
Sell fill dirt to the groundlings, and water to the drowning"

also, "my brown bag...never gonna guess what I have"

Im not sure if anyone has an interest in this but...I have a home micro brew of moderate size. I brew for a nearby restaraunt that caters to local craft brewers. I just registered my new IPA...Brazenhead IPA. Its a bronze colored IPA...which gave me the name.

That's too cool.
How do I get my hands on some Brazenhead?
Hopefully you take CC or PayPal and ship to NC.

Well done...don't forget to shave off all the edges.
