I realise a 10p piece isn’t a great sizing tool for talkbass! I think 10p is about the size of a quarter dollar in the us

I think it was the IC being unavailable that killed the pumpernickel that was on my list to build for years.
I’ve been looking at the Guma antique as a occasion drive pedal but not sure that’s what I want!!

Pumpernickel used a THAT4301. This IC is discontinued. But musikding use a alternative: Klick

Wow. I'm glad I did not wait on that one. Devastating to hear. I was thinking about de-soldering my THAT chip so that I could fix the sockets but now I'm afraid to bone it up.

I have the PCB but haven’t gotten around to buying all the parts for the build yet. I’m not real good about building to spec though. And that’s quite an understatement actually.
