Any NAMM bass rumors yet?

Agreed that it happens, I've been offered same every year ( this is my 22nd in a row). BUT almost always I haven't been serious about the offer and actually pulled out cash...then see what happens on the spot. I've also had the opposite happen in that companies would not do a transaction on the floor even when I was ready. I've had to meet someone in a coffee shop outside of the convention centre to give a deposit cheque. Believe me it was not convenient So it depends on the company and if they will respect the rules of the game or not. Try to actually buy a bass with cash on the floor....many will, many won't. I've had the rule quoted to me. They don't check what goes out? They sure do, maybe not everything but most items not able to conceal in a small bag. In fact, someone from the exhibitor booth with that exhibitor badge usually has to escort you to the exit to get it through security. But my point is that it shouldn't be taken for granted that you can or should be able to buy anything you want like a store to the public.

If you see anything new in TE elf line I’d tune in. Hoping to see some stuff coming out of them with 500-800 watts and 210 and/or 112 faital cabs.

Well, we've both had very different experiences then. Some of the retailers that everyone would recognize were very open that they had things for sale (even when I didn't ask), and not for an order or transaction outside of the show. "Show special" was said to me on more than a few occasions. No, I certainly do not advocate for anyone to go there thinking this is one big music store. That's not what it is at all, but the fact remains that selling does take place whether NAMM prohibits or polices it.

Yeah they started those products last year.
IMO they had enough micro amp products with the head and two cab options and i don't really hear anything about their combos nor, would I be interested in them after hearing and purchasing the separate head/cab setup.
Putting their technology and R/D into some products that would appeal to the higher wattage market seems like a better investment that they could have made to their product line.
