Things may be a bit different stateside. Health Canada (HC) is still telling people not to use them, at least the nicotine filled ones. I'm seeing non nic ones in several places, now, so they are legal. The nic loaded ones are not available, and "banned" by HC. If the FDA has lightened up on ecigs there, HC may back off, eventually. As it stands, on HC's own website they say they have not "authorized or licenced" any vendors for sale of nic loaded ecigs. That says to me, they haven't been paid for said authorization or licencing.
They also say they haven't done any long term testing on e liquid, so they have no idea if and how safe it is. That's what my doctor is concerened about, anyway.

for 2 months now. Currently vaping greensmoke. My faves are vanilla and red leaf. My BP has dropped from 150/100 to 118/78. My resting pulse to 65. I'm running 3 miles or better almost every day. I feel great!
