LOL. Well, they are attributed to several different sources, but good catch. That is the sigil of Amduscias--the Demon of Disturbing Music.

Cool, just found this thread (a few years late). I have been in Arizona since 1968, in crappy Casa Grande. Have a few gigs lined up the next couple of months...just waiting for the cool weather!

My best friend lived in Casa Grande for a while back in the 90s. I visited him there once or twice. I thought it was a nice town, but then again, I haven't lived there for 45+ years like you have...

Correct. This is our last week as we take the last part of July and all of August off. It's just too hot to play Dead. Just looked up The Deepdown on face book , Looks like an R&B band. is that you flojob?

We picked up a few horn players and keys from the east side and also a new drummer. It's more funk than anything right now. We don't have a singer, so it's instrumental at this time.

Boogie Music on west Cactus is a neat store, family owned by Clint and his wife. Nothing real high end, but still a good store.

It may be slim pickings where you're at john. The Bass Place was mentioned, and bogie music. Also there's bizarre guitar closer to downtown. They have some basses, but as the name implies, it's a little guitar-centric...to me anyway. Either way, I think you're gonna have to come in a little bit to get to anything. I can't think of anything really close to you.

You probably already know, but there is a sam ash and gc in town. Fairly close to each other.
