Ask a guy from New Jersey anything...

Nah - I'm just picking on New Jersey.

I mean - it isn't like it's Ohio or something horrible like that.

The entire state isn't - WAY too much of the state is though.

Of course I'd say the same thing about any number of other state also.

Got it! I would sort agree with the bolded part, that bugs me at times.
When we were house hunting, I had one hell of a time trying to find something that had all the right features for me - land, nature, quiet, access to nearby parks, fishing etc. We ended up finding it, just took a bit of work. There's parts of this state that are worth putting up with the other parts for :)

Do folks in New Jersey feel that Bruce Springsteen betrayed them when he sang about Philadelphia?

Is it really slippery when wet in New Jersey? If not, are you willing to apologize for Jon Bon Jovi's lies?

When are you people going to apologize for Jonas Brothers?

Why is it called The Meadowlands? Not a meadow to be found - shouldn't it be called The Swamplands?

Gotta look back to the "when" in regards to naming conventions. That area was once gorgeous according to colonial records and such.

Yeah, THIS coming from a guy who's state has "Blue Ball", "Bird In Hand" and "Intercourse" amongst others in their list of "who the hell thought up of THAT name" places... :D

1) no, we like Philly for the most part.
2) Often. Bon Jovi got me laid. He's ok in my book even if I hate his music.
3) never, we deny their existence hence there being no need to apologize.

What's the best place to scrape up some foul toxic sludge to keep as a momento to my time spent working in North Jersey?

Anywhere between Rutherford to Carteret. now, if you REALLY want the good stuff, you would need to sneak into some residential areas in Frenchtown and dig a little - that's where you're going to see the magic

But will all that salt the bodies are likely to float!

Geezus do we have to teach you guys everything!??

In California we just dissolve the bodies in hydrofluoric acid bins and send them off as chemical waste.

I thought you Jersey guys always sent people "down the rivah".

Well, geez you specifically asked me which body of water was best. Here we just turn them into food. have any Campbells Soup lately..? It IS from Jersey. Mwaahaaahaaahaaa

Why doesn't New Jersey have a state song?

EDIT: Why can't Sammy Hagar drive 55?

1) Because all your songs are belong to us

2) have YOU ever tried driving on the NJ Turnpike? Even the bugs that hit your windshield are going 90 before they splatter
