I probably should have been a bit less cryptic... the lack of sleep is a side-effect of abdominal pains. I'm now working my way through the health care system and my next step is get cat scans and see a specialist. Okay enough of that crap!
Not sure I'd claim a pair of 1203T's would be louder than ALL 410 cabs, but the pair would probably be competitive with with most 410 cabs in loudness, while probably going a bit deeper, and probably requiring a bit more wattage along the way.
SOMETHING is going to be the limiting factor, and it's probably not going to be displacement in any of my 112 or 212 cabs unless they are getting a signal with a lot of energy down very low. But my 112 and 212 cabs are not highly efficient, so if their more efficient competition isn't driven into fartout, it will go louder (assuming good thermal power handling).
You mentioned the 3015's 505 cm^3 of displacement, that's probably in the same ballpark as the custom 15" woofer in my current crop of 115 cabs. In practice, they will go as loud as my 212s, despite having significantly less displacement "on paper", which makes me think that my 112s and 212s really aren't getting anywhere near their excursion limits. I think the woofer in my 115 go non-linear due to the suspension system before the voice coil actually starts to get beyond the linear range of the motor system, and I think that results in a more "gentle" exceeding of x-max, but I'm not sure. I've never had the Klippel analysis done on that woofer to answer the question. The voice coil in my custom 15" Kappalite-variant is a little bit longer than the one in the stock 3015 (non-LF), and mine has the bumped backplate like the LF version, so x-damage is probably higher even if my x-max (linear excursion) isn't.

Having plenty excursion headroom is a good thing from an articulation standpoint so that woofer is still fully powered at the extremes of its excursion, rather than having those peaks rounded a bit. Ime it also helps to not have too big of a box, nor too high of a tuning. The greater the contribution from the port itself, in general the poorer the articulation. I try to make my vented boxes no bigger than necessary t0 meet my targets, most obviously in the interest of portability, but also in the interest of articulation.
