Thanks. I designed the two backlit pieces and made them myself. I did it after ordering the blue tolex so I made it to match. I might redo the artwork a little to make the blue match a little bit better if I get the chance.

Emailed Dave Noss today asking about pairing the upcoming (in two weeks!) Eminence 3012LF with the SB112. No reply as of yet. Thoughts?

The idea is maybe to replace the tweeter with a midrange, and reconfigure the crossover accordingly. Ala- the fEarful cabinet design of Greenboy's.

I just bought a used B212 Neo and it has the Midrange driver in it,was the midrange a special order has anybody tried a cab with that confiquration?

They sound pretty awesome too. I always had a problem with the flabbiness of 15's but my old 4x10 just didn't have enough oomph. With the 2x10/2x12 configuration there's enough low-end punch and top-end grind that it works well for pretty much all my applications.

Now I just need to get a good preamp to put at the front of the chain.

I want to know how it sounds because 2 112's is possible too, but i don't really want to run a 212 and a 210 as I'm downsizing from my crazy heavy Ampeg SVT 410.

You have just enough room in your Rack to get a Eden Navigator,after many Preamps including the RBI I have found my perfect Pre (so far )
I am also using a Carvin DCM1500.What is the Impedance of your Cabs?
I have a Avatar Neo 2x12 and a Neo 2x10 that are going to be here any day and I cant wait to hear them.
I have a Eden XLT4x10 and a BagEnd 4x10 that I have been pairing up with a Aguilar GS-212 and it sounds great with the Eden Preamp but is a little much to haul around,I have never been happy with just a 4x10.

Hey Now

I had that combo for awhile and I used both a LMII and then an F1 and it was a great combo when I stacked them together. I think 2 12's might overpower the 2 x 10's but can't say that from exp. I moved on to just 2 x 2x10's as I like to split my cabs across the stage now for band reasons and wanted the same sound out of both cabs.

So it is a great combo.
