Any updates? I really have no idea how long of a surgery this is, so bear with me.

He came through the surgery very well. They will be talking to us in the mourning about some initial results from the biopsy of the tumor. They also put in a port for the chemotherapy and took bone marrow from each side of his hip. He is pretty sore and drowsy. They have him on morphine every four hours for the pain. It really sucks to see my son hooked up to all these machines and in pain.

Bring him a little Ashbury bass and a headphone amp. I'm sure if I were in surgery, that'd cheer me up.
