Let me espresso my thanks for the recipeSauté Italian sausage and set aside. In the same pan sauté onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Deglaze with red wine. Add crushed tomatoes and sausage. Simmer to thicken. Season with herbs and salt to taste. While the sauce is simmering cook the pasta. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and dot with ricotta and parmigiana cheese. Season to taste and bake the pan in the oven until the casserole is heated through and the cheese has melted.
