Green Tea. A custom blend of a friend who is opening a tea business.
My wife started a nice little business selling quality loose leaf teas some number of years ago. She has long since moved on from it but for some reason she never came around to my suggestion for the business name: "Ti-tea's"..... :D

What a weekend! So much family and fun and grilling & eating. My daughter and wife both share the same birthday and it almost always falls on Memorial Day weekend so there is extra time to celebrate!
I hope you guys all had a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.
This is a before and after of last night's dinner of roasted garlic marinated steak tips and seasoned brussle sprouts. Tonight's dinner will be sandwiches made with 10 hour slow cooked Cacoila which is cooking n the crock pot as I type  I'll be sure to post some pics of that tomorrow

On a bit of a lower carb program for a while, so I just made this stir-fried veggie and scrambled egg dish. 4 eggs, beaten with a bit of cream, ground sechuan pepper blend, sriracha sauce, fish sauce, and Thai red curry paste, and then poured over and scrambled with a sliced red pepper and red onion, which had been stir fried with a bit of soy sauce, and black pepper, (hit with a couple tablespoons of cottage cheese at the end of frying but before the eggs went in, for creaminess), and served topped with sliced cucumber and drizzled with Sriracha and Hoisin sauce. Honestly, just flipping delicious.....:smug:

You guys rock. Thanks for keeping the place alive. As you may know, last Friday was the day Version2.0 graduated high school. I decided to take this whole week off from work to spend some extra time with him. So, of course, Friday night after the celebration I come down with the worst cold I’ve had in probably a decade. I’ve spent the entire week laid up in bed, trying to breathe. So not much cooking on this end. I go back to work tomorrow and, of course, I’m starting to feel better. What a poopie week.

Anyhow, @Kriegs I'm sure it’s too late but next time marinate those lamb steaks in EVOO, yogurt, S&P, and lots of chopped fresh oregano and grill them Greek style.

Dang man, sorry to hear about you being under the weather while on vaca ... firggin' colds

I had to get a cortisone shot yesterday for a bad case of tendonitis, so I didn't end up making the lamb last night. I'll definitely try that recipe tonight! Thanks, brother! Glad to hear that you're on the mend, even if it i's just in time to go to work :spit:
