Charcoal barbeque lineup this Canada Day long weekend!
Saturday: Steak and bacon kabobs with Montreal steak spice and a couple with bbq sauce for Mrs. Pbass....Served with warmed flatbreads and fresh roasted asparagus.

Sunday: Chicken thighs marinated in a sweet soy/sesame/ginger marinade served with a creamy greek style orzo pasta
salad and more asparagus....

Monday: Pork back ribs slow roasted in the oven with a spice rub and finished on the grill with bbq sauce , served with baked potatoes!

There will be beers folks. Lots of beers....:D
 
Awwww yisss! I enjoyed El Guapo Espresso with my new Espresso maker. I've never had a non-machine made espresso at home. This is transcendent!

Also, our Club had our annual Cannon Fire yesterday, so we enjoyed a true New England Clambake preceded by the titular fun! My boy asked for a BB gun for his birthday. I thought he deserved an upgrade :thumbsup:

Fifth espresso of the day....

One of those days where you come to the realization that the whole 'infinite number of monkeys with an infinite number of typewriters' thing also applies to human genetics... e.g. an infinite number of parental combinations with an infinite number of genetic outcomes means that, inevitably, there will be someone that desperately needs to have their business acumen, critical thinking skills and their amount of cranial/ rectal inversion readjusted. With a chair. In the face.
