Ban Business Cat Profile Pics

Ok. Now I see.
But I have a question, without knowing why Nobody was banned why is it so important to know? I would GUESS that it was something rule related that we'd all have to follow??? Is Talkbass known for banning participants for bias or personal reasons?
FF
Here's where it gets tricky: we all know this person was banned, but we're not allowed to discuss it. Another thread was completely wiped off the face of Talkbass that questioned the mods' decision. The business cat avatars are kind of funny and I'm sure Nobody would appreciate the support, but she/he obviously did something that was ban-worthy and we don't really need to know what it was.

I don't care either, the rules are what they are, and they are there for a reason.
I find this Anarchy fun, and i always loved the Business Cat avatar with the tagline "Internet serious business" cracked me up, and the person behind the cat, was full on levity, and irreverent humor.

and i loved seeing this:

Nobody likes this.

I just perused the Rules, and on their face none of them seem unreasonable; so either Nobody committed a flagrant transgression or there may be some pusillaniminity going on (he says, being
catty). ;) In any event, what went down is not our business, which is why it rightly should not be fodder for public discussion.

Still, I miss the threads. Nobody's threads could make me projectile spew Planter's cashews all over my monitor.

While we're at it, can we also ban all pictures of basses? I hate coming on here, asking for advice, then wondering if I'm typing to a bass or a person. It gets really confusing when pictures are of similar basses.

I will take it under advisement, but rest assured, little one, that I am the only bubinga Wishbass Fantasy fretless capable of typing.

I think the frustration may or may not involve rule #5 or perhaps one of the others. One cannot be certain as such topics cannot be examined through any meaningful discussion without them vanishing into thin air.

Not that theres anything wrong with that... if such things did happen... and im not saying they definitely do... but just for the sake of supposing they did. Im certain such ineffable actions are true and just and beyond scrutiny.

Actually I may have said too much already. (Cowers in fear)

stop pussyfooting around, what are you trying to say?

Authorities decisions MUST be questions. The lack of transparency is typical of those in power filled with fear. For a world touting 'free speech', censorship is accepted at an alarming rate.

What did Nobody do?

It IS our business.
I feel what your saying but it's their house, their rules. We asked to come in their house so we gotta respect the rules of the house. And as an guest, do we really have a right to ask for reasons why they do in there house? Just asking, NOT challenging anyone. Just asking
