At his first gig with us, our new keys player said something like, “I was going to say that I never played with a bass player with that big a pedal board, but I don’t think I’ve ever played with a bass player who even used a pedalboard before!”.
After the past nine months, at least he saw that I don’t go overboard with effects and use them pretty tastefully. He’s acknowledged that he actually likes my tone.

I have an amp footswitch that currently isn’t connected to anything, so I can just step on it randomly during the set just to look like I’m doing something.
it's kind of like Leland Sklarr's producer switch then (look it up)

The drummer was trying to mess with me after rehearsal last week, and that was the pedal he picked!
... and here I am loading my 4x15 cab for my last gig.
I had the same cab. Pro tip: If you replace all the fasteners with titanium, you can save almost 2 oz!
And here I was thinking that the cab was giving birth to a Bass player
