It's not always like this. At the Cinco de Drinko gig, the sexiest dancer chick made a point of dancing with me, alone, during a break, to the chagrin of the other guys in the band. It can and does happen.

I've always been a singer first, bass player last in bands, so I can't say, but honestly, I don't play out to meet bar women.

Maybe that's the problem. I'm not a singer, but I do play out to meet women. It never works.

All I know is I've been a bass player since 13 yrs old (now 47), and all I can say is this.....I've "ALWAYS" scored the hot chicks at the show before my guitar player or singer. Reason why?????

my band consists of two interchanging lead guitar/rhythm guitar/vocalists (depending on the song), my drummer, and me on bass. my drummer and i are the ONLY ones who get any after shows
